We provide digital marketing services including SEO, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Shopify Store Development, Social Media Management, and Business Consultation to clients across Kerala, UAE, and beyond.

2. USE OF WEBSITE

By using crownmarkedge.in you agree that you will:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Not use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content

3. SERVICES

3.1 Service Agreement All services provided by CrownMark Edge are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal agreed upon between CrownMark Edge and the client prior to commencement of work. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any such agreement.

3.2 Scope of Work The scope of services will be defined clearly in the proposal or agreement provided to the client. Any work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges and a revised agreement.

3.3 Service Modifications CrownMark Edge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice to the client.

4. PAYMENTS AND FEES

4.1 Payment Terms

• All invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
• A non-refundable advance payment is required before commencement of any project
• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle

4.2 Late Payments Invoices not settled within the agreed payment period may attract a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. CrownMark Edge reserves the right to pause all active services until outstanding payments are cleared.

4.3 Pricing Changes We reserve the right to revise our pricing with 30 days written notice to existing clients. New pricing will apply from the next billing cycle following the notice period.

4.4 Taxes All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Taxes will be applied as required under Indian law and communicated clearly on all invoices.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Non-Refundable Services The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Advance payments and deposits
• Completed milestones or deliverables already approved by the client
• Ad spend deployed on Meta, Google, or any other platform on the client’s behalf

5.2 Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• CrownMark Edge fails to commence work within 14 days of receiving advance payment without valid reason
• A mutual written agreement to terminate the project is reached before any work has begun

5.3 Refund Process All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@crownmarkedge.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To enable CrownMark Edge to deliver services effectively, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Supply access to necessary platforms, accounts, and assets in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure all content and materials provided to us do not infringe any third-party rights
• Designate a single point of contact for all project communications

Delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities will not be considered a breach of service by CrownMark Edge.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Our Content All content on crownmarkedge.in including text, graphics, logos, and images is the intellectual property of CrownMark Edge and is protected under applicable copyright laws. No content may be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

7.2 Client Deliverables Upon receipt of full payment, all agreed deliverables including website designs, ad creatives, and content produced specifically for the client become the property of the client.

7.3 Portfolio Rights CrownMark Edge reserves the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information, strategies, data, or trade secrets shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of the service agreement.

9. RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE

9.1 No Guarantee of Results While CrownMark Edge applies best-in-class strategies and certified expertise to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as first-page Google rankings, a defined number of leads, or a specific return on ad spend. Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

9.2 Good Faith Commitment We commit to applying our full expertise, certified tools, and honest reporting to every client engagement. If results are not on track, we will communicate this proactively and propose adjustments.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrownMark Edge shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services
• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity
• Losses resulting from third-party platform changes including Meta, Google, or Shopify algorithm or policy updates
• Any damages arising from the client’s own content, materials, or instructions

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. TERMINATION

11.1 By the Client Clients may terminate ongoing retainer services with 30 days written notice. All work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable in full.

11.2 By CrownMark Edge We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement immediately and without refund if the client:

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions
• Engages in unlawful or unethical conduct
• Fails to make payment after reasonable notice
• Provides false or misleading information

11.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination all access to platforms and accounts managed by CrownMark Edge on the client’s behalf will be returned within 7 business days.

12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

CrownMark Edge uses third-party platforms including Meta, Google, Shopify, and others to deliver services. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, policy updates, or decisions made by these platforms that affect campaign performance or service delivery.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
